Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of TagsBuddy Pro(“TagsBuddy”, “we”, “us” or “our”), including our website, web application and Android app (together, the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.

2. The Service

TagsBuddy Pro provides AI-powered tools to help YouTube creators generate tags, optimize titles and descriptions, research keywords, track competitors, generate thumbnail concepts and chat with an AI channel coach. We may add, change or remove features at any time.

3. YouTube & Google

The Service uses YouTube API Services and Google APIs. By using TagsBuddy Pro you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service and acknowledge the Google Privacy Policy. When you connect your YouTube account, you authorize us to access and, only at your explicit direction, modify your YouTube content. You remain solely responsible for any changes published to your channel through the Service. You can revoke our access at any time via your Google account permissions.

4. AI-generated content

AI features produce suggestions that may be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable. You are responsible for reviewing all AI output before publishing or relying on it. We make no guarantee that using the Service will improve your views, rankings, revenue or channel performance.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service in violation of any law or third-party rights.
• Violate the YouTube Terms of Service or any platform policy, including generating spam, misleading metadata or deceptive content.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems.
• Resell, sublicense or commercially exploit the Service without our written permission.
• Upload malware or content that is unlawful, infringing or harmful.

6. Subscriptions & payments

Some features are free; others require a paid Premium plan with monthly credits. Paid plans are billed through the applicable app store or payment provider in accordance with their terms. Unless required by law or stated otherwise, payments are non-refundable. We may change pricing on a going-forward basis with notice. You can manage or cancel your subscription through the store where you purchased it.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design and branding, is owned by TagsBuddy Pro and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose. You retain ownership of the content you provide, and you grant us a license to process it solely to operate and improve the Service.

8. Third-party services

The Service integrates with and links to third-party services such as Google, YouTube and AI providers. We are not responsible for those services, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends, though provisions that by their nature should survive will remain in effect.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TagsBuddy Pro will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill or channel performance, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or USD $50.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TagsBuddy Pro from any claims, damages and expenses arising out of your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or any third-party rights.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, provide additional notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in our place of operation, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts having jurisdiction there, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
